The rules of the sandbox.

These Terms govern your use of the public Preemptify AI sandbox operated by Digiluxcon Technology Services (OPC) Private Limited. By accessing the sandbox you agree to these Terms.

1. Synthetic-only environment

The public sandbox is a controlled synthetic intelligence simulation. All customers, corporates, balance sheets, policy directives, and ledger entries are procedurally generated. You must not upload, paste, or otherwise introduce production financial data, real PII, or any non-public information. We may delete and audit-log any such content without notice.

2. Acceptable use

• No reverse-engineering of the on-premise deployment artefacts beyond the licence stated in their headers.
• No automated scraping of the sandbox at >10 requests/minute.
• No attempt to tamper with the audit ledger or PII tokenization salt.
• No use to make actual investment, credit, insurance, or tax decisions on real counterparties.

3. No advice

Outputs from the Preemptify Neural Engine, the Next-Best-Action engine, the policy compiler, or any other surface are illustrative simulations. They do not constitute regulatory advice, legal opinion, investment recommendations, credit decisions, or insurance underwriting.

4. Intellectual property

Preemptify AI, the Preemptify name, logo, neural layer, and all related software are the intellectual property of Digiluxcon Technology Services (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. The deployment artefacts (.yaml / Dockerfile / RBAC / architecture spec) are provided under an air-gapped evaluation licence — see the headers in the downloaded files.

5. Warranties & liability

The sandbox is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the public sandbox is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the sandbox at any time — simply close the tab.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi. EU/UK users retain the right to bring proceedings in their place of residence under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Changes

Material changes will be posted on this page at least 14 days before taking effect.
